I 1000% recommend them. My salesperson Bob Bishop was honest about the details on the truck I bought. When I had a problem with it after a few months, I was told to bring it back in and their mechanic Richard Parker would look at it and get back to me. I purchased a vehicle from these guys and had a great experience. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you get into a quality vehicle. They worked with me on pricing and payments, and when I went through some hard times and money was tight they were still there to work with me to make sure I was able to stay mobile in my vehicle. I would 100% recommend shopping here for your next vehicle and I know that they have made a lifelong customer out of me.
My mom has been going through 4th Street Auto since 2009. I have been going through them for a few years now, with my most recent purchase being August 18th 2020. Everytime I have bought a car I have dealt with Bob Bishop, except once and I have to say there is no one I would rather deal with. All the people are amazingly nice and friendly. I will definitely be going back in the future if I decide I want something different.

They DO NOT care about their customers and are extremely rude. If you fall on hard times, (especially during a Global epidemic) don’t expect them to be understanding. Most car lots are offering extending relief programs to help through the COVID-19 crisis....but no, not 4th street auto. Completely heartless. I’m a single mother and used every dime I had to pay a large down payment, to only wake up and see that my car is gone. Called to try and speak with the owner and was belittled and talked down to. Shame on you!

Walked onto the lot and was greeted by Mr. Tom! I took him to the car i was interested in, and we went on a wonderful drive...Had great conversations through-out the afternoon while trying to get me into a 2010 Toyota Scion..Time went by fast and before i knew it....I had the keys to my new car :) Will recommend this dealership to everyone and i will come back for my next vehicle!!
