Horribly managed property. There apparently too busy to even answer the phone. Nobody is ever in the leasing office and they do not return phone calls. Read the other reviews before deciding on this place. They lie on their signs saying they are open 9:00 to 5:00. First Impressions definitely say stay away stay away stay away. Horribly horribly bad management company.

Loved living here till about 9 months into our lease we started receiving false noise complaints that made no sense. Claiming that we make noise till 1am when we’re actually asleep by 10pm. I proved them all false since we wear sleep trackers and figured out that they think my vacuum is an exercise machine! God forbid I vacuum at night when I get home. With cheap wood floors and very thin walls, you’ll hear every noise around you and possibly get neighbors that will complain at every single noise you make. Be sure not to dro... read more
4th Main Apartments are some nice-looking apartments. I've heard good and bad things about them but mostly good things.
We lived here for a year and we absolutely loved it! The facility is nice and clean. Rhonda and Erick were a dream to work with always checking in, responding quickly, and being very responsive. There is noise from Hillsboro Bar and Grill and Pizzario music, but could be drowned out most of the time with ambient noise. Occasionally there was a homeless person wandering around outside, but never to the point where I felt unsafe.
