I lived at the forth ave lofts for five years, they went through like 7-8 landlords in that timeframe, most have lawsuits against them, the place is cheap put together and drama, bugs are also a issue there and they double charge certain people and pocket money and when you try and move they block you and bill you insane bill when you leave no matter how clean it is you never get deposit I paid 400 for a 200 dollar pet deposit for my dog after three years living there a new landlord comes on Easter weekend saying I have thre... read more

I do not recommended living here. Poor management, the maintenance man doesn't fix anything you need done. Management leaks personal information to other tenants when it's not their business. She will sit there and gossip with her certain select few tenants. She tries to add you social media to stalk you and know you're personal business.

Greetings! To anyone who's has a interest in moving here. It's a great place for serious renters who has a desire in beautiful living courters; 4th Ave N is the place. However, you guys know with complaints that's negative usually are from people who want to tell management what to do. Yes, they have had previously mangers who got close to tenants thinking that's how it works. Don't believe them. Tenants have your own opinion! This one here is handling her job. Angie is the best manager we’ve ever had in the 5 years I have been here. She actually cares about those who live here. Before Angie got here the building was disgusting. The past manager was never here and didn’t care about the building or its tenants. Angie cares and goes above and beyond. She has made this apartment complex a better place! Angie has become a part of the fourth avenue lofts family.
