Greetings! To anyone who's has a interest in moving here. It's a great place for serious renters who has a desire in beautiful living courters; 4th Ave N is the place. However, you guys know with complaints that's negative usually are from people who want to tell management what to do. Angie is the best manager we’ve ever had in the 5 years I have been here. She actually cares about those who live here. Before Angie got here the building was disgusting. The past manager was never here and didn’t care about the building or its tenants. Angie cares and goes above and beyond. She has made this apartment complex a better place! Angie has become a part of the fourth avenue lofts family.
Angie was the most amazing person that has ever been the manager in this apartment complex.. without Angie our building would be a total disaster she has turned this place around in the year she has been here with us.. she has kept us all safe and clean and secured.. she has definitely been apart of this big family here ❤️
This place is ridiculous. I moved in and was told when HUD was in place they would work out so I could stay. They LIED! The apartment manager Angie fought so hard to help me…pivotal refused to work with HUD. This company makes very poor choices. Pivotal feel free to reach out.
I can't say enough good things about our manager, Angie! She goes above and beyond to make sure the tenants are safe, answers all concerns, has kept the property clean, and so honest! We are so blessed to have Angie part of our family!
