I take a little more time than some inspectors, but genuinely want to learn everything I can about a home and try to clearly convey those findings to my clients. Very thorough pre purchase home inspection that really opened our eyes to issues we hadn't noticed until he pointed them out. Lots and lots of good info in his report.
