4Sight iCare is truly one of the best eye care experiences in town. Dr. Burke and his entire team provide exceptional service from the moment you walk in. You’re immediately welcomed with a friendly atmosphere even offered refreshments which sets the tone for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. They take their time to educate you base on your treatment. Great experience at my eye doctor appointment! Sheridan was amazing checking in me and my two kids. Sheridan was patient, kind, and made us feel comfortable. Sheeta was a huge help when choosing glasses for me and my daughter, a first-time glasses wearer. Sheeta took the time to explain everything and made the process easy. I also appreciated being educated about the vision training program. Very grateful for all the care and support we received. Highly recommend!
4sight iCare is wonderful and easy to work with. Sheridan, Kim, and Sheeta helped me greatly. Glasses are difficult for me to pick out and they were so patient and gave me feedback while I tried on what seemed like a hundred pairs! Sheridan greeted me with kindness and showed me to Kim who was very knowledgeable about all the features that went into my glasses.
I recently had an excellent experience at 4Sight iCare in Plainfield, IL, and I want to give a special shout-out to the wonderful team who assisted Dr. Burke during my visit. Sheridan was pleasant and assisted me with the initial testing, making sure everything was comfortable and clear from the start.
