Jerry really helped us out. Our heater stopped working, and we had to use portable heaters for a while. After several places could not fix it, Jerry came out to inspect the furnace and found that some bad parts had been installed earlier. He spent about two days sorting out the problem, cleaning up the previous repair issues, and getting the heating system running right again. In the end, we finally had reliable heat restored.
