We recently had new heaters installed at our home. From start to finish, everyone we worked with was professional and knowledgeable about heater repair and installation. The team even scheduled our installation on a Saturday, so we didn’t have to miss work, which was really convenient. We had just moved into our new place when we realized the upstairs air conditioning unit wasn’t cooling right. After calling 4Seasons Heating & Cooling, a technician named wayne showed up early Monday morning to take a look. He was professional and polite from start to finish, from the first phone call to when we paid after the job was done. The repair cost was really fair and the customer service was excellent. We’re grateful for the quick response and getting our hvac system running smoothly again.

When we woke up, our thermostat was set to 72 degrees, but by the afternoon the room temperature had climbed up to 78 and kept rising. We called for HVAC service and a friendly technician named Wayne answered the phone, asked a few questions, and said he would be on his way.
