Love my apt nice and quiet and the all inclusive rent is awesome. Management however, is impossible to get in contact with. I still cannot get inside the building from the parking garage and have to walk around to the front door every time I get home, defeating the purpose of parking in the paid garage. When leaving a message to management, the inbox is full so I simply cannot get in contact with anyone. It’s been 2 months. I really wish I could get in touch with someone to help.

I like living here because the rent is very reasonable including utilities and it's quiet a majority of the time ( or walls are thick). Britney and the maintenance staff always respond promptly to my requests and the building is cleaned once a week.

If you like roaches, having your car broken into and window busted at least once a year, feeling unsafe, having packages stolen, finding human feces in the stairwell, not having a continually operating elevator, and incompetent management, this is the place for you! I lived here for longer than I should have. THEN when I finally move out, 2 YEARS later, they try to charge you and take you to court for charges that they refuse to detail. SO, in case.you missed the sarcasm, DO NOT move here. VERY ghetto.
