I like living here because the rent is very reasonable including utilities and it's quiet a majority of the time ( or walls are thick). Britney and the maintenance staff always respond promptly to my requests and the building is cleaned once a week.
If you like roaches, having your car broken into and window busted at least once a year, feeling unsafe, having packages stolen, finding human feces in the stairwell, not having a continually operating elevator, and incompetent management, this is the place for you! I lived here for longer than I should have. THEN when I finally move out, 2 YEARS later, they try to charge you and take you to court for charges that they refuse to detail. SO, in case.you missed the sarcasm, DO NOT move here. VERY ghetto.
My transition into 4N4 Midtown has been a seamless process. The manager has been especially exceptional in answering all my questions and providing me with any additional information. Everything works as intended within the apartment, and the place itself has a lot of space!
