I purchased running boards for my wife's Gladiator and I can no longer put things on vehicles etc. due to my illness, so I was referred to the this shop and I let them know that we made a purchase early for Black Friday from Rough Country and the gentleman who would not give his name! flat out told me unless we made the purchase through them he was not going to install any outside purchases and ended the call. Customer service was not very good at the shop, and we will not be returning.

Had a 3 inch lift put on my 2021 rubicon. Called on Thursday and had it installed by Tuesday. Adam answered all of our questions and recommended the right lift for my jeep. It rides and looks like a dream. Highly recommend.
