The people at this office are absolutely horrible and incredibly hateful to special needs children and their families. They think it is appropriate to be rude and condescending to a mom who is already stressed and working hard at trying to calm down her autistic 4 yr old child, and then take it a step further and make a complaint about the parent and child. the people in this office feel like it is acceptable to harass special needs families, and who thinks it’s appropriate to not only be horribly rude to them, but also make complaints against them since they feel like they pay good money for that space and shouldn’t have to deal with “that” (by that, they mean special needs children).
