Writing a review for 4M Plumbing Service. Will B. with 4M came to my home to help with a slow flushing toilet. He quickly diagnosed what the issue was and offered several options to remedy the problem. Never trying to upsell me or discourage me with choosing the lower cost option. I Will probably have to replace the toilet sooner than later but he bought me some time so that I didn’t have to do it immediately. While he was there he also replaced a cartridge in a shower valve. I have used 4M multiple times over the span of several years and they always deliver, unlike other local plumbers. Their costs are reasonable and William always goes a great job. He was able to upgrade my 54 year old washer connections within an hour and everything works as it should. I recommend them!
William arrived on time and did a splendid job. Explained what the problem was, fixed it, and gave us advice on how to maintain the plumbing on that specific bathroom sink. Highly recommend his service.
