4 M Plumbing is a horrible company. Homeserve sent 4 m plumbing out for a leak under my flower bed. I explained that most of the pipeline had been replaced, however, they wanted to put in a request to Homeserve to replace the whole line. On top of this, they wanted to charge me for removing pavers to get to the leak. Homeserve said, no, and 4 M Plumbing said get someone else. You can train employees to do a repair. But you cannot teach someone to care for the customer’s. That comes naturally. Please know that your company is nurturing their employees to care for their customers Thank you for a job well done.
