I tried to get my child enrolled in this establishment last summer. The individual who is in charge of making sure intake papers are correctly completed really messed things up with the process. I refilled out the paperwork several times and she kept indicating it wasn't done. I'm an educated person with two masters degrees and am no stranger to intake forms and platforms. After the runaround, I decided to take my child elsewhere for help. This establishment needs some professional development.
The TIME and CARE that was given by Dr. Reynolds and Chance were absolutely exceptional. The intake process was long but so thorough and thought out, the undivided time spent, compassion and the want to better their patients means so much. Truly the care we have been searching for, for a VERY long time. I had my initial appointment with Chance and Dr. Reynolds and it was the best intake I’ve ever had for medication management! The entire staff was so kind, they listened to everything I had to say and made me feel like my voice was heard when it came to my treatment! I was able to get a new patient appointment for the following week. I literally cried tears of joy when I left because I’ve seen a lot of providers who I felt didn’t listen. (Bonus points for the sweet office pup, River!)
Intake process was quick and organized, insurance billing was made easy to understand, and we were able to get the assessment we asked for in a timely professional manner.
