I had to call the police on them because they wanted to charge me for "parts and labor" when I only needed a state inspection! Avoid this place at all costs! What was supposed to be a $7 inspection almost became a $250 bill. My wife took the vehicle on Friday and it did not pass inspection because the passenger-side headlights were not working. Apparently, they removed the lightbulb and placed a new one in just to test it, and it "did not work" either. They said we had 14 days to bring it back, and they would run the inspec... read more
They are rude when they can't keep their word on when the vehicle is supposed to be ready (Eric). They overcharge for labor. Poor customer service all around. I took my vehicle in at noon for a 2.5 hour job and they said they had to keep it overnight because the tech couldn't put it back together. Looks like all they can do efficiently is state inspections. Don't take your car here, seriously. Never using them again.
