Be more honest! The eye doctor I saw in Dallas for years never charged me over what my insurance would pay and took very good care of my eyes. When I went to Dr. Bermudez, however, I got conned into unnecessary tests and ended up paying $54 out-of-pocket. Then recently, two years after my visit, I got a bill for an additional $46 dollars for contact lenses. She did not prescribe contact lenses, nor did I ever get any.
