This review is quite overdue since it’s been over a year since they were out but I’ve been apprehensive about writing a review , if I could give negative stars it would be -10, I called 4Front because it is veteran owned and I myself am a disabled veteran, I spoke to the owner who was very nice and he did a survey of my roof and said they could do a maintenance on my roof which included probing a repair of all seams, sealing all penetrations, sealing parapets and cleaning out the canales, because I couldn’t afford to replace... read more
Autumn and Mario are EXACTLY what I needed for my roofing and solar installation. The attention to detail and professionalism is what led me to say "SOLD". I personally can't go up to my roof cause of "an arrow to the knee" when I was younger ~so no photos~. No leaks, outages or damages were reported to me by the safety inspector. Extremely happy.
They will never show up to give a quote. I called and had an appointment, but no one showed up or called to cancel. A couple of weeks later, I decided to give them another chance since life happens, and it could have been an honest mistake. The man who answered sounded asleep (during business hours). The funny thing was he made the appointment for the same day and time of the week as the last appointment, Monday at 9 am.
These folks stand behind their solar installs. We picked a system he had never used before, but it went in smoothly. When there were issues with a couple of the batteries, they worked with me and the manufacturer to get them replaced. Great folks.
Did a fantastic job. Will recommend to everyone.
