I asked for the price upfront and he would not commit. When he arrived he had a sidekick with him. They exchanged a faucet which took all of 15 minutes...they charged $175 for a 15 minute job. I questioned later and was told I was getting $100 off regular pricing and that it was a 2 man job...only problem is 2nd guy just opened the box to my new faucet. Lesson learned, will not use them again sadly. Moving on...
They installed a faulty water heater which caused a gas leak and refused to fix their mistake! I had to hire a different company to replace the water heater! They refused to take accountability for their mistake! Would NEVER hire again!!!
Quick. Honest. Showed up when he said he would. Easy to deal with, fair pricing! He had to clear a few drains in our old home and we haven’t had any problems since then! Will use again and I recommend them to others when they are in need!
Kyle with 4 Fathers Plumbing did an excellent job repairing our shower valve and toilet. They provide quality service and take care of their customers until the job is done right. Excellent service and company and we will definitely use them again if need be in the future.
