I had scheduled an appointment for today at 11:20. I arrived at 10:55 the parking lot was closed off with a chain. I did confirm my appointment as shown in the picture below. Very unprofessional to do a no show when a customer already confirmed an appointment. I sat in my car until 11:25 then left.
I’ve been looking for a facial place to call home and I’m so glad I found this place! I opted for the new client facial and added on the derma-planning service and hands down that was the best facial I’ve ever had! Rayleen was my esthetician and she was so sweet, precise and gentle. I didn’t realize how much tension I hold in my face but during the facial she really relaxed me and I noticed the difference once the facial was done.
