I loved my facial . The best I ever had. Very professional and delicate in her technique!
During my laser appointment at the Ridgewood location, they applied laser hair removal directly over my tattoo. After the treatment, parts of my tattoo faded, some areas were damaged, and wounds appeared directly over the tattoo lines. Some of those wounds still have not healed. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they gave me a ridiculous response saying, “How do we know you didn’t go somewhere else after your appointment and have another laser treatment done there?” How can a business that performs procedur... read more
This is my third treatment at this spa and I had Malina as my injector. She is AMAZING!!!! Very professional, experienced, pleasant, and the gentlest of touch. In the future I definitely won't book with anyone else.
