I've been going to 4Every Young for at least 6mos now. I've never felt better, both physically and mentally. I love my workouts now, when I used to dread them. I've gotten stronger, and I'm the leanest I've ever been without feeling starving. Taking creatine and intermittent fasting (16/8) has also helped.
