Is this place closed? Been calling for weeks and leaving voicemails. Haven’t received my TRT and can’t get a hold of anyone.
I left a review the first time I came here over a year ago. The owner Chris used to be there and he was so nice and welcoming. IAnd oh had this place changed and took a complete 180…it’s been nearly 5 months since I’ve been in because of them going through multiple estheticians. I’ve been canceled on last minute more than I can count. I have spent thousands of dollars here and referred multiple people when it used to be a good business. Find it frustrating that no one is answering or returning my calls over several days. I have received conflicting texts on cancelled appt and confirmed appt. I already had my Appt cancelled 1x earlier this month. I love everything else about this place.
