Something is very very wrong here. I was seen over two months ago and am still waiting for my medication even though I was told it was sent to the pharmacy and then it should arrive at my house. They’ve taken money from my account and they have been notified multiple times that I never received my medication. The provider is dismissive, and this should be considered completely unethical.
Extremely disappointing experience. The Groupon was misleading, they advertise Dysport for one area, but once you’re there, they claim it’s not enough units and push an aggressive upsell. They use vague, non-standard definitions for areas and units that don’t align with any reputable med spa. Pricing was inconsistent and confusing. I've been getting hydra facials since June and am amazed by how much my skin has improved. My acne is gone, and it's cleared up my eczema. A scar that would get irritated has diminished. My pores are smaller. My skin is very soft. Venus does a great job. I've had an excellent experience. .
I’m very disappointed with the service provided by Venus. She was unprofessional, dismissive and didn’t provide any aftercare advice. Not only did I see no improvement but I left with irritation and breakouts that lasted for days. I would not recommend to book w penis or whatever her name is or this clinic. If you’re looking for safe or professional services. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Friendly and professional clinic that goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Will take the time needed to create a treatment plan that makes the most sense for your goals. Will be coming back!
