I went here to try a different nail salon offering BIAB in Chatswood. Terrible customer service. I went in to get BIAB. The lady was glaring at me when I asked question about the LED not being turned on. She missed turning on LED several times when doing my nail. BIAB was done sloppily and colour was not even, it had little bubble on my thumb and ring finger. The whole interaction was bad. Was in the area so decided to try out this establishment with my 8 year old. Staff need training on how to welcome customers and conversate in general. I asked for a simple polish for my 8 year old, staff member did so and then walked away to do her own nails. Not once did she tell either myself or my girl how long it would take to dry, didn’t check in on her either. Spent $80. Asked for almond but they arnt really almond and they are also all different shapes. Kind of disappointing
Ivy was incredible, she did my toes amazing. I highly recommend this place.
Ivy and Pixie do our nails so well. We always leave happy with the result!
