Unprofessional, neglectful, and greedy. 4D Property Solutions gave tenants a last-minute notice that they were shutting down, with no real transition plan and zero regard for residents’ safety. The worst property management company in the history of my real estate investment business. Deserves no stars whatsoever! So many issues, I have been documenting everything. Staff turnover has been unbelievably high, tenant turn (rehab) on one of my rental properties took them from Sep 2024 until March 2025 (!!!), due to staff turnover, apparently firing all the staff members, replacing them with new staff, which did not solve these issues. Been trying to reach them for 4 days now. Going to have to drive there ony days off. I've sent text maintance requests and called waiting up to 45 mins no answer.
