Unprofessional, neglectful, and greedy. 4D Property Solutions gave tenants a last-minute notice that they were shutting down, with no real transition plan and zero regard for residents’ safety. Throughout their management, safety issues went unresolved, the property was poorly maintained, and communication was almost nonexistent. The worst property management company in the history of my real estate investment business. Deserves no stars whatsoever! So many issues, I have been documenting everything. Staff turnover has been unbelievably high, tenant turn (rehab) on one of my rental properties took them from Sep 2024 until March 2025 (!!!), due to staff turnover, apparently firing all the staff members, replacing them with new staff, which did not solve these issues. I have multiple properties with you, no one is answering their phone or returning emails. How can I get it touch with someone? are you still in business?
Been trying to reach them for 4 days now. Going to have to drive there ony days off. I've sent text maintance requests and called waiting up to 45 mins no answer.
An honest review from an investor having worked with 4D for a year... TLDR: I can't recommend working with them given the experience I had with them (details below) and if you’re considering them, I would tread lightly. Initially, everything seemed great.
