This place is a joke. Save your trouble and find people who KNOW what they are doing! You WILL lose money. You WILL be scammed. You WON'T be happy! I am saving you a ton of hassle! Go elsewhere.
I thought this company was finally turning around when they hired Christian. Finally who someone who knew what they were doing and could communicate with us! Now that he’s gone I am right back to square one being completely ignored and zero service! Do not come to this company for anything! They have to be doing some shady stuff!
I recommend looking elsewhere. They will do whatever it takes to ensure you don’t get paid your rent. Between excessive fees, outrageous maintenance charges, broken promises, constant staff turnover, and overall mismanagement, this has been a complete waste of time and money. We decided to bring property management in-house. If you are an investor that does not want to see a return on your investment, 4D is the property management company for you.
