Not nice to me
This is the most awesome group of caregivers. They treat you one on one. The front office is knowledgeable and quick to help and respond to your individual needs. You can tell they like their job! They truly show they care. The physicians: especially Dr. Saraswati Hamal and front office Kim (just to name a few of many here): all just seem to remember you as a total person. Ran out of my medication cant even get ahold of any one to refill or make a appointment my meds are life threatening with out them
I've tried to make an appointment for my husband and I at this practice numerous times. The first time they canceled me on the spot, second appointment I called in the morning before going in and got canceled again with no explanation. On the other hand, my husband was honored to receive a phone call from them to reschedule his appointment due to a doctor's family matter. (twice!).
