I have came here at different times of the day and the experience has always been great. I understand we all have different schedules but these girl's did their best to work me into the schedule. I'm very happy to coming here.
I really don't like this primary care doctor's office. You can't ever get a hold of anyone other than the call center. They were decent when it was 4 C medical group. Now though, it's very frustrating to get any kind of answers to my medical questions. It's been over a week now since I had my blood test and I still haven't gotten any kind of response. I started with this group when it was a small office with Dr. McDonald. I loved her! However, there was a corporate take-over at some point and now I am just a number. I just called to talk to billing about a collection notice and was sent to India. I never received a bill for this, but alas, they claim I did. So frustrating. I am done an leaving.
Today , was my first time appointment with Dr. Amar Sharma, MD and assistant-yaneat....I was amazed with the health plans he had for me to get better today and on into the future. Thank you Dr. Amar. PS: Yaneat thank you too. I appreciate your information and care you also display during my visit.
Deja is excellent. Very helpful, responsive and caring.
