They were caring and nice.the Drs are knowledgeable.
I've been a patient of Dr. Odle's for years, and I still love the care I received from him, but something is just plain wrong at the office now. I went in to see NP Patrick Lopez for my annual visit because it would have been a while before I could see Dr. Odle. I am also happy with the medical service he provided. Was a patient at Gilbert internal medicine with Patrick Lopez (who was good) but the changes to 4C to Optum have ruined this place. Now when I try to go in and ask for my records - they can see them but they refuse to give them to me. “They’re not here” I’m told. Ok - maybe not physically but surely you can print them off - No! They’re in archive - well, get them and print them off - I’ll wait. No is their answer to everything! IMO there has to be some kind of HIPPA violations when the office flat out refuses and roadblocks ... read more
