Go here because I like my Dr, but there is little else positive to say about the office. I was 5 minutes late to an appointment due to coming from 30 minutes away and forced to reschedule an appointment that takes 5 minutes. The fact that they don't allocate more than 5 minutes for an appointment slot is concerning because sometimes life happens and it's hard to take off work for another appointment. This practice never answers our phone calls before one hour (no exaggeration). No matter how good the physicians are, the office is not set up to provide a decent customer service. Changing our primary care physician to another practice due to this terrible non-service.
