My caregiver and I went to 4 Better Sleep, Heath office last week to get a new mask that fit me better. Ty gave lots of good information about cpap masks and tried a lot of styles on me. She was very patient and caring.
Dr. Paul Moore is the worst neurologist ever. He is late for every appointment. He is very disrespectful, argues with and yells at his patients. He refuses to review your medical records and requires that you do the same testing that has already been done in order to scam more money out of your pocket. He is very unhelpful, unwilling to assist, and his office needs to be shut down. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
Super great staff in Heath!!! Lisa and Michael were amazing at helping with my sleep study equipment!!! And Robyn was super informative during my initial exam!

I recently changed from a long time provider to 4 Better Sleep in Health. Wow! I now realize the service I've been missing. Dr Moore is extremely informative and professional. The front office staff radiates customer service. Lisa patiently listened to all of my mask issue history and made superb recommendations for me to try. Byron conducted sleep studies on me, and was accommodating and thorough. Everyone there exudes caring. THANKS!
