Horrible. Took them over a week to complete a repair and it's still not done. The maintenance people they hired are terrible and unprofessional.
Vetted and researched a handful of property management companies prior to choosing 4am Properties, and so far it's the best decision I have made. The manager, James, is very responsive and transparent, and I love companies that are transparent with their clients because I know my property will be taken care of. I started shopping for a new property management company for my 3 Cleveland rentals a few months ago. I can honestly say, after calling a dozen different companies, 4 AM were the ONLY property management company that answered the phone! I was pleasantly surprised!
