49 Hundred is wonderful. Staff is wonderful, the premises are well maintained, the location is fabulous, people are so friendly that it really feels as if we have moved into a community, not just a building.
From the Main Office Staff to Maintenance... EVERY staff member at 49 Hundred is FANTASTIC, friendly, and professional!!!! They all take pride in the buildings and the common areas of the property. The special events that they plan for residents go above and beyond. We cannot express enough what a great experience it is to live in the building and be a part of the 49 Hundred Community!
I lived at 49hundred from March of 2022 to October of 2024 . I lived in the Charisse unit which is a 1b/1ba 941 sq foot apartment. I faced near the Towne square park . Let me start with the positives as there are very few negatives (if any really most out of their control) . 1. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. I honest think that this has been the worst experience I have ever had living in an apartment. I lived in this apartment since 2021 and moved from out of state for a job, and in the beginning it was wonderful, largely because of the wonderful and friendly neighbors, wonderful and well-cleaned amenities, beautiful and walkable area, and the helpful leasing staff. From the beautiful apartments with excellent storage, wonderful amenities for residents to professional and friendly staff - office and maintenance. And the location cannot be better - Love living here!
