I was a loyal member of this gym for nearly 10 years and spent thousands of dollars in membership dues and annual fees. Unfortunately, when I asked for a simple accommodation to buy down to a lower membership level and waive the initiation fee, I was met with zero flexibility. Avoid at all costs, the management and staff just doesnt care. Plain and simple. Broken steam room for over 3 months and sauna breaks every now and then. When you go corporate everything turns to

I called the gym at approximately 7:04 PM because I was genuinely interested in checking it out before committing to a membership. A young female employee answered the phone, and unfortunately the interaction left a very negative first impression. I asked a few simple questions about guest access and trial options since I wanted to visit with a friend and see the facility before signing up. I am currently paying 60 a month for a gym that everybody else is paying 30. Now they’re asking me to pay extra 100 dollars to “buy down” and be a 30 dollars a month membership. I wasn’t even told this was an option btw, I found out after seeing flyer across the gym saying they offer a couple of months for free AND 30 the membership. I already was charged the anual fee too so another 100 mid year. Nope.
