The manager is extremely nice and helpful as well as the front desk staff. I am excited to start going to this location.
This place has gone straight down hill since City Sports took over. Broken equipment , no ac in the free weight area and no wifi . You get what you pay for.
They don’t take women’s safety seriously. A man was taking pictures of me without my knowledge while I was working out — another member noticed and told my husband and me. We reported it to the front desk, but the staff member seemed unsure what to do. He spoke to the man, who denied it, then said he’d notify the manager, who would call me once she was back since she was the only one with access to the camera footage. Since the change of ownership (49erFit to City Sports) the gym has gotten way worse: they got rid of the vibration foam rollers. Now there’s only a few, soft rollers that are worthless. Boxing bags seems to be disappearing as well. Used to be 4-5 upstairs now only 2. Stability balls are never filled up even though I’ve mentioned many times. There is only 1 set of 17.5lbs dumbbells in the entire gym. They got rid of the 35lbs plates too. WiFi has always been spotty. Very pretty equipment. Bad free weights area. Especially the weird benches and hard to access free wieghts.
