I had a great experience staying there. Very clean in and out. Very supportive staff, and breakfast was good.
This would be a five star but I got charged a $10 security deposit talked to people twice, said it would be or was resolved. Same with an email. In the end I had to dispute the charge on my card. I felt as if this was just another $10 grab that most people would not bother with. Locations is great room was great, service was friendly.
We were left out in the cold by booking.com at a different hotel without a place to stay. After a long weekend of travel and exploring Yellowstone all we wanted to do was rest in a higher end room. The 49er Inn & Suites saved us! We were able to book a great room for a fair price at the hotel directly. They upgraded us for no cost. We had some issues with one of their soap dispensers in the laundry room and they helped us without question and were so friendly about it.
