Had appointment for 12-4 PM. Told them Not to come after 4,as I would Not be there. DID NOT SHOW,OR CALL BEFORE. CALLED AT 4:30pm, TO RE SCHEDULE. NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY THEY DIDN'T CALL,OR SHOWUP,EXCEPT GUY WAS BUSY. dUH! WANTED ME TO RESCHEDULE,BUT HUNG UP WHEN I ASKED HE HE WOULD ACTUALLY SHOW THIS TIME. I GUESS THEY DON'T NEED THE $50.00? SCHEDULED ANOTHER WITH A 1 HR. WINDOW FOR SAME $. GOOD LUCK USING THEM!!
DO NOT USE......BAIT AND SWITCH I used this company that sent one tech...won't call them plumbers. He snaked my main sewer line and did in fact remove some debris. It did not unclog the pipe. Stated that I needed to get a two man team with a larger machine. Did not disclose the price. Two man team arrives about half an hour later to tell me that it would cost $200 for the use of a camera and $650 for the snake. I laughed and told them to beat it.
