goated service department, can’t say anything about the sales department since I have 0 experience with them but Alex was great, he kept me updated throughout the whole process of getting car fixed and he answered every question i had. Would recommend.
Love going to 495 Mazda since I got my car. They are really good at explaining what is the work they’d do and always ask before charging anything even if my car needs it. I love the video they sent you explaining what they did by showing the parts that need to be taking care of. Also, a shout out to Emily! She is always ready to listen to everything that’s hurting in my car! Very patient and such a great customer service.
