Had the BEST experience at 495 Mazda thanks to Emily (service writer) and Scott (service manager). Emily quickly picked up the phone and was all ears to help me pin point the issue! Within that same week, they were able to get me an appointment and find the issue in no time! I was greeted by Emily with a smiling face and ready to help me, then she got her service manager scott to go on a ride with me to figure out the issue itself with my car.
