Edit Last time I was in I had a horrible experience. Went in for oil change, have a few codes looked at and to have another mechanical issue looked at. Dropped my car off the night before as they indicated they would need it for a few hours. In the early afternoon I called because I had not heard anything. I was sent to voicemail. I bought a 2020 Jaguar F-pace from this dealership. I had to ask for a second key, the day after I drove it off the lot the coolant light went on, I had to replace the rear wiper blade because the one on it didn't work and I had to order a replacement license plate because the one they put on the car fell off within 3 weeks.
Brought my work van in that I bought from them a few years ago to get checked out, transmission was acting weird. At first I wasn’t happy how the experience went with service, however, Ray the service manager was awesome! I can’t say enough good things about him! Was able to source a transmitting as soon as it was available and got the van in to be fixed. He even saw the whole install and testing personally from start to finish and kept his timeline. Always have a great experience at 495 Jeep. This was the second time that I worked with Ray and I find him to be professional and courteous. This was for an oil change but also asked to check my front brakes. As I expected Ray suggested that they needed to be replaced. I couldn’t do it that day but Ray was able to get me set up the following week. I appreciate the team at 495 Jeep.
