Had the third appt for the same issue leak in oil pan on my 2022 JEEP TRAILHAWK appt was Tuesday finally called them today - Friday to see when I could get my car and they hadn't even looked at it - never changed the pan like they said the second visit only knew that because my husband got under it to try and see what was going on They didn't even try to make it right WORST EXCUSE FOR A SERVICE CENTER EVER if I could give negative stars they'd get a sky full
I am disappointed with the service department at 495 Team. I have been a loyal customer of the 495 dealership since 2017 and have purchased five vehicles. Bill and Mike have been great, however, some members of the service team are unprofessional. I have never seen customers treated this way before. This could damage your reputation. I have a plan to purchase a new pickup truck this November, so I need to rethink it.
I recently purchased a New Jeep from 495 and the entire experience was fantastic. I was very happy with my trade in offer, as well as the price they offered for the new Wrangler. My sales Rep Eddie was great to work with and the finance department was easy to deal with. If you’re looking for a new Jeep, I’d highly recommend 495 CJDR.

I recently leased a Ram 1500 from 495 ram and was told by the salesperson that the truck had 3.92 gearing suitable for heavy towing. After taking delivery, I confirmed that this configuration was not included on the vehicle. I specifically communicated my towing needs during the purchase process and relied on this information when making my decision.
