Pros: they were prompt, and did the work ahead of schedule. Cons: left some minor damages (outlet cover broken off and scratches to floor from equipment). I believe they are trying to rectify that, but our schedules have not aligned yet. I will update my rating and review if that occurs. Update: all repairs were completed, and we fully trust and recommend this company!
These guys are great. The communication, scheduling, technicians and pricing are all top notch. I've used them twice and recommended them several times. The other day, my wife sent me a message and said to be careful because she saw a big deer on the way to work. I asked her how could she possibly know the deer was on its way to work. That's how the fight started. But, at least the AC worked well so I have that going for me.
490 AC and Heating was a top notch business and Kevin was a great technician. They were on top of all visits and repairs with professionalism. Would definitely use them when repairs are needed.
They showed up, quickly identified the issue, and fixed it the right way. The water heater vent wasn’t connected and was dumping into the attic, and they replaced it with a proper flue system. Work was done fast, clean, and professionally. Definitely recommend.
Got a second opinion and they actually found the real issue instead of pushing unnecessary work. They took the time to inspect everything, explained it clearly, and focused on fixing the source rather than upselling. Honest, professional, and saved me from spending way more than needed. Definitely recommend.
