Have been renting for 4 years at this location. Since the management changed, things changed dramatically. Very cold inside during winter-definitely not even a legal temperature. Water interruption, sometimes no hot water. Management applied to Tribunal to charge current tenants above lehal guideline. Significant increase in rent. They never informed the tenants they applied in 2023. The Trubunal made us pay retroactively for the past 2 years. We could have moved out if we knew in 2023. Sneaky
Terry and Jaafar are excellent in looking after the property and grounds.They are always around and so pleasant to talk with.They take pride in what they do and you cannot ask for anything more than that
