No Deposit Refund After move-out, the staff invented bogus charges and withheld the deposit after promising to send a check, instead sending a bill despite saying everything looked fine during the inspection. Then, they ignored me after I contacted them multiple times for a refund.
Business response:
Thanks for sharing your experience. I understand how frustrating move-out charges can be, especially when they aren't what you were expecting. All move-out charges are assessed according to the lease agreement and the condition of the apartment once the full move-out process is completed. Verified Renter 481 is a pretty great place to live. It's quiet and close to downtown without all of the noise and craziness. The space and storage are great and the amenities of the complex are good too. Overall this is a great place to live in Sunnyvale. Some of the appliances are a bit low-end (dishwasher, stove), but they all work and the property manager is a great person to work with.
Verified Renter This is the best apt I've lived at. I didn't know wooden floors would be so nice, I love ample storage and central AC that warms all places including the bathroom.

Verified Renter 481 is a great community. The management and maintenance staff are super friendly, courteous, knowledgable, and amicable. The community is quiet and has a good amount of outdoor space. 481 was levels above the competing apartments in the area. I definitely recommend living here if a unit is available.
