Really enjoy this establishment for the most part; Oakland has a lot to see and do! Any request that I have are usually met promptly! Most staff is usually very professional and the security at night is very reassuring. I would recommend further development or training for some of the contractors hired to clean the building as they have consistently made efforts to get involved with me personally in an unprofessional manner. I have nothing to do with clean up of the building and should not be confronted by anyone ever.
We found 4801 Shattuck clean, modern, friendly, and reasonably priced for the neighborhood and amenities. We would have stayed longer if a job offer didn't take us out of the state. Thank you especially to Francisco!
I have not had a good experience here. I don’t want to leave a scathing review but I really would like to. Definitely think twice before moving here. A lot of deception and lack of accountability on the part of the property has been very frustrating. Hope others have a better experience.
I’ve had a great experience living here so far and the location is a plus! Francisco has been very communicative which made my move in process smooth. I’ve had bad experiences with my car being broken into in the past but over the last 5 months here I haven’t encountered any issues. I enjoy how closed off and safe Shattuck is , even our packages are secure.
