Last year Catherine Jennings and her Husband Eric Hardy made me feel extremely uncomfortable despite paying rents on time and never having an issue on this property; this year they have replaced Management with a more professional man that wants to make every one feel like this is their home. Temescal is trendy with lots of amenities and is close to DMV, Whole Foods and USPS
I've had an extremely negative experience living here, largely due to the resident manager, Christopher Flores Fuentes. He would issue notice of entry for unit inspections with two full business days' window, scheduling from 9 am to 5 pm. When I asked for a more specific time so I could adjust my work schedule and be home to manage my dog, he refused to provide one.
