We found 4801 Shattuck clean, modern, friendly, and reasonably priced for the neighborhood and amenities. We would have stayed longer if a job offer didn't take us out of the state. Thank you especially to Francisco!

I have not had a good experience here. I don’t want to leave a scathing review but I really would like to. Definitely think twice before moving here. A lot of deception and lack of accountability on the part of the property has been very frustrating. Hope others have a better experience.

I’ve had a great experience living here so far and the location is a plus! Francisco has been very communicative which made my move in process smooth. I’ve had bad experiences with my car being broken into in the past but over the last 5 months here I haven’t encountered any issues. I enjoy how closed off and safe Shattuck is , even our packages are secure.

With utilities, trash, and taxes, expect to pay ~<$200 more than the base rent each month (including parking tax). Trash alone was ~$80/month after the first month, despite being told it would be closer to $20 which was only true my first month. This does not include PG&E that is billed separately. Be aware that you'll likely receive only ~20% of your security deposit back, as charges for paint and cleaning are deducted regardless of how clean you leave the unit.
