Under no circumstances should ANYONE ever rent and or live here. The past year of my lease has been a trip from hell! The fire alarm goes off at all hours of the night, the building is not maintained, the AC doesn’t work therefore the building is warping and bugs (including roaches) are infesting the building. The owner does absolutely nothing to fix the building. They have homeless people living on the lower vacant / half constructed levels.
