good amenities
I’ve lived at 48 West for almost a year now and have loved my experience so far! The apartment was clean when we moved in, and the office has been quick to respond to any questions we’ve had. Maintenance has been helpful with anything that needs to be fixed, and there are great amenities! I would recommend living here.
I love 48! I’ve been living here for my sophomore year and everything has been amazing. Such friendly staff, great amenities, and wonderful people! So happy I decided to live here; definitely some of the nicest off campus apartments :)
Living here is so easy when you have such responsive staff. Especially Abi in the 48 west office! Everything you could need is handled fast through 48 west :)
Me and my roommates are current residents of Trio and went on a tour of 48 yesterday to just take a look. We had a phenomenal tour with Kayla Thomas who made us realize why we should move to 48. Without Kayla I don't think we would have ended up signing. It is a Great complex and we can't wait to live there next semester!
