Lived here for 2 years as a student. Here are the pros and cons Pros: - maintenance is good. Never had a problem with work orders - apartments aren’t bad. They do the job - amenities are good - there is some nature behind 48 Cons: - not a very “college environment” many families and adults living here, not necessarily a bad thing just something to be aware of. - the guest parking situation is absolutely horrible. - they will try every trick in the book to get you to sign/resign, just be aware. Maintenance guy Dennis is super solid! Completed an emergency work order very quickly and did great work.
dennis is amazing and always helps with any maintenance orders super fast!!
Was away for a few days and needed to put in a work order for smoke detectors, when I got back home a lot of lights that needed to be replaced were and Camden did an amazing job at fixing it all up.
The maintenance guys are awesome! Camden and Dez always do a great job and are very attentive and helpful!
