Dennis was awesome today! He came to my apartment super fast and fixed my AC in a very timely matter! I recommend him for sure 👍
I have lived here for 2 years, and it’s been pretty good. One thing that I’ve enjoyed is the maintenance- Anytime we have ever had an issue, maintenance has been there in a timely manner. Dennis came by to fix an issue we had recently, and he was able to get it repaired quickly and was so kind about it as well!!
Not a huge fan of 48, lived here for 3 years and buildings are made cheaply things break all the time and they keep jacking up the prices and add fees like Ticketmaster. But thanks to Logan for keeping me from having a heat stroke when my A/C unit broke, nice dude and was happy to help!

Man Dennis and Dez did an amazing job on the two requests I had work orders for, then came in within the hour and had everything running smoothly. They were super polite, and helpful. Dennis even came in a few extra times just to make sure it was running smoothly still. Awesome maintenance guys!
