Not a bad place to live. Yes it is messy with litter at times but that's because some don't know how to not throw trash on the ground, expecting others to just pick up after them. Quiet and friendly

They towed my sisters car because they would not give her parking pass and now that they are moving out and now he wants to give them a parking pass
My family and I have been living here going on a year and have had absolutely no problems with management or tenants around us. Everyone gets along well and for the most part stays to themselves. I honestly have nothing negative to say at all. We plan on renewing our lease, for sure! Not to mention it's in a great school district
