Great staff and well managed
Didn’t even move here yet I was charged $600 just because I put my application for an apartment last year. $30 processing fee on top of that too. I called the place and they said it’s in the application. They could have highlighted that better. It’s one of those you have to read the fine print. Now I know to do this when I rent an apartment in the future but that’s still ridiculous
After 6 months in residence, I want to give a big shout out to the staff at 4730. They keep the place spotless, respond promptly to any concerns and are always pleasant and helpful. Thank you! Nice job!
I’m not much of a review person but this property deserves my time and effort. I frequently visit 4730 as a vendor and I never cease to admire the staff interactions with residents and visitors alike. Connor, Russ and Anthony are the perfect trio for the job. They are professional, welcoming, genuinely kind and warm. This property is also always spotlessly clean. If I should ever decide to move to the West Seattle area, 4730 will definitely be my number one choice for residence. Keep up the good work!
As an experienced renter (18 years), this is the best-managed, best-cared-for and best-located apartment I've ever lived in. The Staff -- Connor, Russ and Anthony -- are timely and thorough in response to every need I have expressed to them. Being 84 limits what I can do to maintain my flat but they are quick to offer and deliver help. Location? Are you kidding? Everything I need is within a 5-minute walk! Restaurants, bank, fitness club/pool, hardware store, four grocery stores, Post Office. . . HIGHLY-recommended!
