Great location. . Lake is literally a few steps away. Many stores, transportation, schools, entertainment etc. instant access to LSD. Rent is too high/if u pay market (which is why 1 star was taking away). The location is one of the main reasons why the rent is so high. Got Double elevators, a laundry room and workout room. I was shown 1 studio, but when I turned in my moving papers, I was shown another studio much smaller studio. The assistant manager had my forms pending, never meant to let me move in and this action was unprofessional. I never was able to speak to the head manager about what her assistant did, and I had my moving papers. Unprofessional, I thought this place was beautiful and professionally managed. Don't be fooled by the "Amenities." And this just happen 5/26! "Maybe this was a blessing for Me!"

Ansonia apartments have falling apart. We have tenants not following rules with weed smoking in the hallway and apartments. I feel unsafe my apartment smells like weed from neighbors smoking in the building. We use to have surveys at the end of the year. I would like those back for accountability and safety for the residents.
