I originally visited Dr. Sottile with a numbness and tingling in my hand which he worked on and resolved. Last Tuesday I severely aggravated my back. I gave it a day and when I was still in significant pain I reached out and his office scheduled me for the first thing in the morning. I felt immediate relief from a significant portion of the pain and was able to get out and run Thursday (next morning) 6 miles and then resume my marathon training plain on Sunday for a 20 mile run.
