Evan is a gem! My experience was by far the best I have ever had when touring a complex / applying. I was approved elsewhere but Evan made it beyond clear that 4600 Ross had extra perks, a nicer facility, and an on point front office! He made me feel comfortable! Great complex, gym entry needs adjustment, also the halls seem somewhat hot 🥵. Other than that, excited to live here and look forward to the golf simulator
