The best plaza apartment complex!! We have lived here for 2 years and have loved it. The location is unbeatable, a short 2 minute walk down to all of the plaza shops and restaurants. 46 Penn also offers the best amenities, including a gorgeous pool! The customer service that the staff provides makes it truly feel like home.
My boyfriend and I began looking for apartments closer to the city in the middle of the pandemic. We toured apartments for 4 days before finding 46 Penn. After our tour we knew 46 Penn was the place we wanted to live! After much support from our leasing agent, we were approved and ready to move in. Deciding to live at 46 Penn was an easy decision, because of the staff, location, and amenities. We are thrilled to live here, and just signed another lease. During the pandemic, we were upset the amenities temporarily closed, but felt safe knowing why the decisions were made. All expectations of living at 46 Penn have been met.

46 Penn always goes the extra mile to give their residents the best experience possible. I moved from Nashville and the staff went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible. I love using the huge gym, tanning bed, and beautiful infinity pool. Throughout quarantine, 46 Penn came up with great social distancing events such as listening to a harpist on your balcony overlooking the pool, offering express drinks, and giving breakfast out occasionally.
