We’ve been living here for almost 2 years, and it’s been almost a month since Canada Post left a notice stating that the mailbox panel is faulty and needs to be repaired by CLV Group. Despite numerous emails and attempts to contact CLV group, the issue remains unresolved. Our mail is not being delivered due to the broken panel. Had an all together very positive experience with CLV. Nathan was kind enough to take me around to see a number of places that matched what I was looking for and made the whole apartment hunting process a lot easier and less stressful. 45 Somerset really hits the feels like home jackpot. It’s clean, well maintained, quiet, and comes with lots of natural light and sunshine.
The main reason I love living at 45 Somerset St. W. and recommend it to anyone who asks is the super excellent CLV maintenance of the building. It is absolutely the best in terms of kindness, efficiency, fast response time and overall service. Quality maintenance equals quality living!
We have been living here for more than six months now. I must say it is a wonderful experience staying here. Apartments are cozy, well ventilated with big window in the living room. Location is perfect. It’s close to Rideau canal where we can go around for a walk and near to several restaurants and market. I would highly recommend this place for small families and a couple.
I wanted to express my deep appreciation and satisfaction for the service provided by Nick and Salvador. Especially for Salvador because he has been so helpful and kind. He spared no effort to meet the needs of my wife and me. He helped to make our stay in 45 somerset an extremely enjoyable one. You really do have great employees! Thank you again.
