Avoid At first two years ago I was pleased moving in to this apartment. After a year the leasing office took the opportunity to increase the rent and then when I was month to month the premium was 40%. Then the leasing agent bait and switched me to movee me out and another tenant in to replace me after I complained about a neighbor who I caught in a very disturbing domestic dispute on the north end of the fourth floor.
