Katie Cook, Patient Advocate has been amazing. She is prompt and follows up quickly.
Relentlessly annoying. They purposely send misleading emails to try to catch your attention. They then reply and reply and reply to those emails. They don’t offer an easy way to unsubscribe from their emails. I wouldn’t trust them for any service.
