I am so glad our building started working with 448! We had so many issues with previous management companies, and 448 has been doing an incredible job helping us get things back in order. I had lived in NYC as a renter for ten years in five properties before moving into a building managed by Myron and his team at 448 Management. Both as an owner and renter, you won’t find a better property manager. The building was well taken care of and urgent problems such as leaks were taken promptly, usually within the day.
